How do I unlock the Full Game?

Tap anything with a gold "Full Game" padlock, or open the gear on Teddy's home screen. Buying is behind a grown-up check: answer the sum written in words on the keypad. It's a one-off purchase, never a subscription.

I bought it, but it's locked on another iPad

Open the gear on the home screen, answer the grown-up check, and tap Restore purchase. Make sure the iPad is signed in to the same Apple Account, or a Family Sharing member of it.

Can the whole family use one purchase?

Yes. The Full Game supports Family Sharing.

My child is stuck

Every step is read aloud, and a helper hand appears after a few seconds to show what to do. In Poop Patrol, the order is always paper, then scoop, then bin, then clean the mark.

Can I change how hard it is?

Yes. In the Grown-ups screen (gear icon), choose Puppy, Good Dog or Top Dog. You can also change your child's name, age and picture there, and switch off coin counting in the Pet Shop.

Where is my child's progress saved?

Only on the iPad. Nothing is sent to us. If you delete the app, its progress is deleted too.

Sound or voice not working?

Check the Sound and Voice buttons at the top of the home screen, and that the iPad isn't on silent.
